We provide non-medical support to individuals and their loved ones to be equipped with the needed education, resources, and advocacy facing death and dying. We provide comforting presence, create sacred spaces, and provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to all.

As end-of-life doulas, we often collaborate and fill important gaps needed with Hospice and Palliative Care providers by advocating essential needs, preventing crisis, and tending to the patient 1/1 fulfilling an individualized and team centric care approach.

We ensure that no one has to face death alone and that everyone is educated, supported and held through the dying experience.

We provide compassionate end-of-life support by advocating for each person’s wishes, dignity, and comfort while working closely with care teams to ensure symptoms and pain are thoughtfully managed. Our services include advance care planning, access to end-of-life resources, and assistance with simple documents and meaningful legacy projects.

Through gentle presence, we offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort—such as handholding, light massage, calming environments, prayer or reflection, and quiet companionship—while honoring each individual’s beliefs, cultural traditions, and rituals. We also assist with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs as appropriate, prepare sacred vigil spaces with intention, and educate loved ones, including children, about the stages of dying. Throughout this process, we provide grief support, caregiver respite, and a steady, compassionate presence rooted in dignity, grace, and peace.

What is an End-of-Life Coach?

A certified non-medical professional who supports individuals facing a terminal illness or those wishing to plan ahead.

An End-of-Life Coach, also known as a Conscious Dying Coach, is a certified and caring non-medical professional who gently supports and advocates for those facing a terminal illness or nearing the end of life. They walk alongside individuals and their loved ones to explore what matters most in the time ahead, helping them plan and create a meaningful, peaceful experience that honors their wishes and their journey. The ideal goals of this process is to bring the individual’s vision, hopes and wishes to life and action realistic but intentional planning so that their journey is met with intention, fulfillment and peace.

We provide guided 1-on-1 discovery sessions in person or remotely over a 10-12 hour time span to help individuals discover what is most important to them in the five domains of life: the Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Practical areas that will  achieve a meaningful, healing, and peaceful end-of-life transition.

We believe through this work not only will you gift yourself or your loved ones, the opportunity to discover what a conscious and meaningful death should and can look like, but you are gifting your loved ones the blessings of knowing what matters most to you. This eliminates guessing, added stress of hard decisions, and possible conflicts amongst your decision makers.  This also allows others to focus their time honoring you, your legacy while harnessing peace and healing to all involved.
